Hallo zusammen

Leider verstehe ich die Aufgabenstellung nicht, kann mir jemand dies bitte erklären bzw. aufzeichnen?

A receptor blocks if the time between the arrivals of two signals is less than a down-time
of length θ. Both signals reach the receptor in the time interval (0, t), and arrive independently of each
other and at random.
