Für eine endliche Menge gilt ja \(|\mathcal P(A)|=2^{|A|}\), damit bekommen wir nacheinander \(|\mathcal P(\emptyset)|=2^{|\emptyset|}=2^0=1\), \(|\mathcal P(\mathcal P(\emptyset))|=2^{|\mathcal P(\emptyset)|}=2^1=2\) etc. bis zu \(\mathcal P^5(\emptyset)=2^{16}\).
