\(\dfrac{sech^2\left( \frac{x}{2}\right)}{\tanh^2 \left(\frac{x}{2}\right)+3} =\dfrac{1}{\cosh^2\left(\frac{x}{2}\right)} \cdot \dfrac{1}{\tanh^2 \left(\frac{x}{2}\right) +3} =\dfrac{1}{\cosh^2 \left(\frac{x}{2}\right)} \cdot \dfrac{1}{\dfrac{\sinh^2 \left(\frac{x}{2}\right)}{\cosh^2 \left(\frac{x}{2}\right)} +3} =\dfrac{\cosh^2 \left(\frac{x}{2}\right)}{\cosh^2 \left(\frac{x}{2}\right) \cdot \left[ \sinh^2 \left(\frac{x}{2}\right) +3\cosh^2 \left(\frac{x}{2}\right)\right]} =\dfrac{1}{\sinh^2 \left(\frac{x}{2}\right) +3\cosh^2 \left(\frac{x}{2}\right)} =\dfrac{1}{\cosh^2 \left(\frac{x}{2}\right)-1+3\cosh^2 \left(\frac{x}{2}\right)} =\dfrac{1}{4\cosh^2 \left(\frac{x}{2}\right)-1} = \ldots \ldots =\dfrac{1}{2\cosh^2(x)+1}\)

\(\dfrac{1}{4\cosh^2\left( \frac{x}{2} \right)-1} =\dfrac{1}{4 \cosh^2 \left( \frac{x}{2} \right)-2+2-1} =\dfrac{1}{2\cdot \left[ 2\cosh^2 \left( \frac{x}{2} \right) -1\right] +1} =\dfrac{1}{2\cosh \left( 2\cdot \frac{x}{2} \right) +1} =\dfrac{1}{2\cosh(x)+1}\)
