0 = 2 cos(𝑥) + 2 sin(𝑥) cos(𝑥)

das kommt von folgendem Additionstheorem:
sin(x + y) = sin(x)cos(y) + cos(x)sin(y)
Bei deiner zweiten Zeile steht:
... + sin(2x)
Das ist das gleiche wie sin(x + x)
Und dann kann man obige formel anwenden, in deinem Beispiel sind x und y einfach gleich, daher kommt am Ende 2sin(x)cos(x) heraus
