The map below shows a polygon ABCDEFGHIJKLM with some real metric dimensions.
1- Calculate the length of side EF, the radius of the half circle DE and the radius of the half circle FG
(write the answers with 2 decimals)
2- Calculate the perimeter and the area of the polygon
3- If this map is plotted on a paper using a scale of 1/500, calculate the values of all the sides in cm on
this paper
(Write your answers in a table)
4- Calculate the perimeter in cm and the area in cm^2 on this map

  1. Radius FG: du hast den halben Umkreis angegeben, den Radius kannst du dann mit u/2 =2πr ausrechnen
  2. EF= Hypotenuse eine rechtwinkligen Dreiecks, aus den ggb. Werten kannst du für die Seiten a = 52,5 und b=110 bestimmen, mit a²+b²=c² kannst du EF bestimmen, das sind dann 121,89
  3. Radius DE: d = 90-40 = 50, r = d/2 = 25
  4. Den Umfang und Fläche kriegst du bestimmt hin.
  5. 1:500 bedeutet einfach für jeden Zentimeter den du zeichnest, entspricht das 500cm in der "echten" Welt
    1. bsp: 90m = 9000cm, das musst du dann durch 500 teilen, also 9000/500 = 18cm die man wirklich zeichnet.
