Hallo,
vielleicht wurde hier \( \mathrm{arsinh} \) mit \( \mathrm{arcosh} \) verwechselt, denn durch die Punktsymmetrie gilt
$$ -f(-x) = f(x) $$
also
$$ -\mathrm{arsinh}(-1) = \mathrm{arsinh}(1) $$
und somit
$$ 2\sqrt{2} + \mathrm{arsinh}(1) - \mathrm{arsinh}(-1) = 2\sqrt{2} + 2\mathrm{arsinh}(1) $$
Desweiteren gilt
$$ 2\mathrm{arsinh}(1) = 2 \ln(1 + \sqrt{1^2 +1}) = \ln((1+\sqrt{2})^2) = \ln(1 + 2 \sqrt{2} + 2) = \ln(3 + \sqrt{8}) = \ln(3 + \sqrt{3^2 -1}) = \mathrm{arcosh}(3) $$
denn
$$ \mathrm{arcosh}(x) = \ln(x+\sqrt{x^2-1}) $$
