Du kannst den Vorfaktor einer Matrix mit jedem der Einträge multiplizieren und erhälst einen zum Anfangsausdruck äquivalenten Ausdruck. In deinem Fall konkret:
\(a\cdot \begin{pmatrix}1 & 1\\0 &1 \end{pmatrix} + b \cdot \begin{pmatrix}1 & 1\\1 &0 \end{pmatrix} + c\cdot \begin{pmatrix}1 & 0\\1 &1 \end{pmatrix} = \begin{pmatrix}a & a\\0 &a \end{pmatrix} + \begin{pmatrix}b & b\\b &0 \end{pmatrix} + \begin{pmatrix}c & 0\\c &c \end{pmatrix} \)
Nun kannst du einfach noch die Matrizen addieren.

Das ist soweit schon klar. Die Frage, die sich mir jetzt stellt ist, wie kommt es zu dieser quadratischen matrix also

Wie gesagt du musst jetzt nur noch die Matrizen addieren. Weißt du nicht wie das geht oder verstehe ich deine Frage falsch?
